Belgravia House

We were approached by the owner of a grade II listed house in Belgravia who had recently purchased the property. Unhappy with the finishes in the property, the client wanted to put her own stamp on it as a surprise for her family.  Through a collaborative approach, working closely with the client and her interior designer, we delivered a full overhaul of the townhouse including re-staining of the herringbone floor to give it a fresh new look, a new lighting and AV design incorporated into the existing Lutron system,  a fully bespoke joinery package to cater for the different ages of the children and other communal areas and a full re-decoration throughout using designer wallpaper and paints.

We retained the existing kitchen but added to it by matching the finishes to keep costs down but maximise the space.  The family were delighted with the impressive result.
