Kenilworth Avenue

This project involved a side infill extension and internal refurbishment with reconfiguration to the basement and ground floor of this 4 storey semi- detached Edwardian property, including external works to the rear garden. 

The basement was incorporated into the main house with additional steelwork and tanking system.   The ground floor enjoyed a large format exposed London stock feature wall and underfloor heating was installed throughout. Large panelled rooflights maximise internal daylight levels from the south facing garden. Crittal doors open onto the garden and the kitchen was a bespoke design, supplied and installed by Sonsino Turcan.
