Ravenscourt Road

This Victorian townhouse in Brackenbury Village was extended on the lower ground floor and on the first floor to enlarge the bedroom and provide a private roof terrace. A full refurbishment was carried out including M&E, Cementitious damp proof tanking, part demolition of the rear façade with lower ground floor extension.

An eco friendly and sustainable exterior wall insulation by Pavadry was used and the garden was landscaped with templated limestone steps and seating with ambient LED strip floor wash lighting to the terraced area.

A new staircase with French polished handrail was installed along as was a flue lining and marble fireplace, new wrought iron railings, wet underfloor heating to ground and lower ground floors and a Harvey Jones kitchen.
